Stock holding  policy:

To best assist our customers storage and economic requirements BMS offers a stock holding and call off service to customers that have a annual usage of any product(s). Subject to an official order agreement, we will hold stock of items on an order over a 12-month period, which the customer can call off at any time for delivery. This has many benefits to the customer in that they obtain a low price for a bulk order but call off in smaller batches keeping monthly costs down, in addition the customer can be confident that the stock on order will be held in stock for only them and no other customer(s). Furthermore all call off customer accounts are monitored for usage and seasonal patterns so that we can proactively advise customers of stock levels and re-order to ensure that stock is always available.
